The mission of Meals-on-Wheels, Inc. of Greenwich is to provide a food service that delivers tasty, nutritious meals at a low cost to any Greenwich resident in need.

Our clients include the elderly, people with disabilities, handicapped and infirm who are unable to shop or cook for themselves and require home-delivered meals on a short-term or long-term basis.

Clients also include preschool children at the four Greenwich pre-K programs and children participating in a local academic support program. We contract with Filling in the Blanks of Norwalk to purchase and deliver daily meals to these young citizens each week.

Volunteers not only bring nourishment to our clients but also provide critical personal contact to a population that is often isolated.
