How do I sign up?

If you’d like to request meals for yourself or for a loved one, get started by contacting Lynne Stewart, Director of Operations at 203.869.1312 or greenwichmow@optonline.net.

 Are the meals low-sodium?

Yes, all of our meals are prepared with low salt.

Can you prepare diabetic meals?
Yes, we have options for diabetic meals with sugar-free desserts.
Do you deliver on the weekends?

Weekend meals are delivered with our Friday service.

What time will my meal arrive?

Our meals are usually delivered between 10:30am - 12:00pm each day.

How much will it cost me?
Our two-meal/day service is $7.00 per day, and is billed at the end of the month.
Do I have to pay the driver each day?

No, we will send you an invoice at the end of every month.

Can I choose to receive dinners only?

No, we deliver both lunch and dinner to all of our clients.

How will I know what meals are coming each week?

Each Wednesday we publish and distribute a menu for the following week.  Click here to see the Menu on our website.

How much notice do I need to give for additions or cancellations?

Please let us know of any changes by 8 a.m. two days before the day meals need to be delivered.
